Gate valves are made of steel and cast iron grades 20Л СЧ 25, ВЧ 40, with flange, PE (polyethylene) nozzles, welding, hand-operated (with flywheel) or performance under actuator.

I Gate valves

Gate valves are shut off devices, in which the channel is covered by the translational movement of the lock body in a direction perpendicular to the flow of the transported medium. Gate valves are used to block flow of gaseous or liquid media in the pipeline at various pressures and nominal (conventional) passes.

Body parts are manufactured as a method of molding and stamping.

Low hydraulic resistance valves (the drag coefficient of less than 0.5) makes them particularly valuable when applied to pipelines, which are constantly moving through a medium with great speed.

Execution valves closing element - a solid wedge. They fall into the valve with a solid wedge and double disc.

Seal in the gate from both the action on the wedge medium pressure (pressure difference before and after the gate), and additional efforts wedge.

 Gate valves are manufactured with a rising stem (threaded spindle and nuts are running out).

Connection to pipe flanges, clutch, welding. Optionally flange may be any according to GOST 12815-80. By default, run on the flange PN ? 16 - version 1, PN 25, 40 - version 2 (by special order PN 25 - Version 3), PN 63, 100, 160 - Version 7 to GOST 12815-80 series 2.

Construction in accordance with GOST 3706-83 length.
